The Bitcoin for Financial Services Summit (BFFS26) is scheduled back in Denver from October 20 to 22, 2026, convening certified public accountants, financial advisors, legal professionals, lenders, and corporate finance executives who are integrating Bitcoin into their professional offerings. Celebrating its sophomore year, the conference has expanded to encompass over 30 presentations spanning two full days, featuring an expert roster recruited from organizations shaping Bitcoin custody, lending, and consulting.
Keynote presentations will be delivered by Joseph Kelly, CEO and co-founder of Unchained, who kicks off the event with an opening address regarding custody, credit, and large-scale trust; Alan Lane, former CEO of Silvergate Bank, discussing takeaways for Bitcoin and the banking sector; Patrick Lowry, CEO of Samara Asset Group, addressing the integration of Bitcoin into public corporate treasuries; and Colin Crossman, Wyoming’s Deputy Secretary of State, analyzing regulatory trajectories impacting banking institutions, trading platforms, and consultants. Other featured presenters encompass Kate Goldman representing Anchorage Digital, Sam Baker of River, Eric Yakes from Epoch Ventures, Daniel Hillery of UTXO Management, Moish Peltz associated with Falcon Rappaport & Berkman, and CJ Konstantinos of Peoples Reserve.
Discussions center on actionable implementation: integrating Bitcoin within private wealth management and family offices, credit facilities and mortgages secured by Bitcoin, accounting and asset valuation for corporate treasuries, retirement and income distribution strategies, philanthropic giving models, cryptocurrency mining viewed as an investment sector, and fiduciary responsibilities when clientele possess Bitcoin. Specialized interactive sessions will supply continuing education credits designed for wealth managers and CPAs.
“The previous year demonstrated that monetary experts require advanced guidance rather than basic Bitcoin introductions. They seek methods to assist account holders who currently hold the asset,” stated Jordan Guess, CPA and co-organizer of the conference, via an announcement distributed to Bitcoin Magazine. “The agenda for this year addresses the inquiries that consultants and accountants receive daily from their customers, directly answered by pioneers developing the foundational systems.”
The gathering commences on Tuesday, October 20, featuring the Better Money Invitational golf competition held at City Park Golf Course in partnership with the Bitcoin Sports Network, succeeded by an opening reception at The Space supported by Falcon Rappaport & Berkman. Nighttime activities feature wine and whiskey samplings, while Thursday kicks off with an optional morning excursion into the Rocky Mountains.
BFFS26 is jointly organized by Jordan Guess alongside Wyatt O’Rourke representing BFFS Media, creators behind the Bitcoin for Financial Services podcast. Backers comprise Unchained, Anchorage Digital, UTXO Management, River, SOUND HSA, SustainHash, and Stormrake.
