AIsa announced the finalization of its seed extension funding round, welcoming Tether and HIVEN as key strategic backers.
This latest injection pushes AIsa’s cumulative capital raised past $9 million. The fresh participants join earlier supporters such as Alibaba, Tribe Capital, Sumitomo Corporation, Draper Associates, Saison Capital, among others.
“Corporate AI agents require reliable data, practical utilities, and a regulated framework for executing transactions,” remarked Jordan Liu, founder and chief executive of the San Francisco-based enterprise AIsa, in a Friday statement. “Our objective is to construct the foundation that empowers agents to locate, utilize, and pay for assets worldwide, while granting corporations complete oversight regarding authorizations, expenditures, and exchanges. We are thrilled to onboard Tether and HIVEN as strategic partners as we drive the shift from simple AI helpers to independent, deployment-ready agents.”
The announcement noted that disconnected service providers, integrations, and payment platforms complicate the ability of corporate AI agents to function efficiently in real-world environments and scale successfully.
AIsa tackles this challenge by unifying asset discovery, access, and payments into a single, regulated, consumption-driven platform known as the Trusted Resource and Transaction Network for Enterprise AI Agents. Its framework links corporate agents to external data sources, AI search mechanisms, analytical models, application programming interfaces, software utilities, and sector-specific services, merging regulated entry with consumption tracking, invoicing, and clearing, the disclosure explained.
Cointelegraph reported on July 31 that stablecoin provider Tether achieved yet another multi-billion-dollar financial quarter as revenues from its United States Treasury portfolio continually strengthened its financial results.
Tether disclosed a net operational income of $1.5 billion for the second quarter, largely fueled by yields generated from its US Treasury investments and repo agreements, which are short-term loans secured by sovereign debt instruments.
