EasyA, an ecosystem assisting creators in developing blockchain and artificial intelligence software, attained a valuation of $1.1 billion as it maps out a public debut for the first half of the upcoming year, according to co-founder and CEO Philip Kwok during a Tuesday discussion with CoinDesk.
Established by sibling entrepreneurs Philip and Dominic Kwok, the enterprise intends to execute a direct public listing, enabling current shareholders to trade their equity directly on the open market instead of raising new capital through a conventional initial public offering (IPO).
EasyA has already presented a confidential draft registration statement to the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC). The organization has finished two consecutive years of audits managed by accounting firm PKF and secured an independent valuation founded on its financial results and expansion outlook. This financial assessment does not guarantee the exact valuation investors will pay when EasyA stock officially begins trading.
The anticipated market entry will grant public investors exposure to an enterprise that assists blockchain protocols and artificial intelligence entities in drawing developers and building software solutions. It will also serve as a test for public market enthusiasm toward companies supplying the underlying framework and services for these sectors, rather than investing directly in native tokens or AI models.
“Given we are going public, and we’re going public via a direct listing, that means that we of course need to have an independent valuation,” Phil Kwok stated. He clarified that the $1.1 billion valuation was computed by an outside entity leveraging audited books, operating performance, growth strategies, and benchmarks against publicly traded peers.
EasyA reports that its application connects over 1.3 million users, ranging from software engineers to individuals leveraging AI utilities to generate applications. It collaborates with major players including Ripple and Solana, assisting them in introducing their technical frameworks to developers via educational initiatives and hackathons.
Furthermore, the firm intends to offer its equity in a tokenized format, potentially starting on the very first day of public availability.
“That’s definitely on the roadmap,” Dominic Kwok, co-founder and chief operating officer of EasyA, remarked regarding the tokenization plans.
Tokenized securities are capturing significant attention from prominent financial institutions. Robinhood developed a proprietary blockchain dedicated to tokenized stocks, while market analysts anticipate that the SEC’s initiatives regarding tokenized securities will generate opportunities for brokerage firms, custodians, and blockchain utility providers. EasyA has not yet specified how these anticipated tokenized equities will be distributed or traded.
EasyA is also broadening its reach past its developer network via EasyA Labs, which focuses on tokenization initiatives and applications driven by artificial intelligence agents.
Walden Yan, who subsequently co-established Cognition AI—the creator of the Devin AI coding agent—was among the numerous builders who took part in its early hackathons, including the 2026 Consensus event held in Hong Kong. Yan remains a notable alumnus of EasyA’s developer community because his enterprise commands a valuation of approximately $48 billion following a $2 billion funding round spearheaded by Andreessen Horowitz and Accel.
EasyA is additionally scaling operations via EasyA Labs, which focuses on developing tokenization initiatives and software utilizing AI agents.
