Strive has secured an additional 124 BTC for roughly $10 million, raising its overall reserves to 43,124 BTC.
Bitcoin treasury enterprise Strive Strive, Inc. (ASST) acquired another 124 Bitcoin (BTC) between October 24 and October 30, pushing its total reserve to 43,124 BTC, according to a Monday filing submitted to the Securities and Exchange Commission.
This purchase marks a deceleration relative to Strive’s heavier accumulations over previous weeks, having gathered approximately $1.25 billion worth of the premier cryptocurrency during October alone. Even so, the firm is advancing closer to CEO Matt Cole’s previously stated objective of becoming the second-largest public bitcoin holder before the year concludes. At its current accumulation level, the company would only need to purchase fewer than 100 BTC weekly for the remainder of 2026 to surpass Metaplanet, provided the Japanese firm initiates no further buys.
Strategy maintains its lead atop the standings with 849,327 BTC, while Metaplanet, Twenty One, and MARA round out the top five holding 44,000 BTC, 43,514 BTC, and 35,577 BTC respectively, based on Bitcoin Treasuries data. Strive currently occupies the fourth position.
Strive taps $1 billion SATS offering for first time
Strive finished October 30 with $490.4 million in cash and cash equivalents, reflecting a $14 million drop compared to the previous week, as detailed in its newest SEC documentation. In an alternate post on X, Cole explained that the organization financed the majority of its recent bitcoin acquisitions through current cash reserves while additionally deploying its SATS preferred stock at-the-market program for the initial time.
Strive introduced the program on October 26, enabling the sale of up to $1 billion in SATS preferred shares to support further bitcoin acquisitions alongside general corporate requirements.
Additionally, Strive maintains ownership of 505,000 shares of Strategy’s STRC preferred stock, estimated at roughly $50.1 million as of October 30. Its outstanding SATA preferred shares stayed steady at slightly above 14 million.
