Spot Bitcoin exchange-traded funds (ETFs) in the United States reported their biggest single-day withdrawal in roughly two months, erasing a portion of the $3.8 billion in net inflows seen during their most robust three-week period of 2026.
The spot Bitcoin (BTC) ETFs documented $282.6 million in net withdrawals on Thursday, representing the heaviest net departure since the $424.7 million exit observed on July 13, based on figures from SoSoValue.
Combined net assets throughout these products totaled $97.5 billion. The ARK 21Shares Bitcoin ETF (ARKB) represented the majority of Thursday’s redemptions at $164 million, trailing behind with Grayscale’s Bitcoin Trust ETF (GBTC) at $36 million and Fidelity’s FBTC at $33.6 million.
This three-day liquidation wave elevated total net outflows for the week to $449 million, whereas overall cumulative net inflows remained at $55.17 billion.
At the same time, spot Ether (ETH) ETFs recorded $29.8 million in net redemptions on Thursday, wiping out the vast majority of the $34.8 million in net inflows gathered on Wednesday.
Similarly, spot Solana (SOL) ETFs logged $483,000 in net outflows on Thursday, succeeding an inflow of $11.7 million from the previous day, as reported by SoSoValue.
