BNB Chain has achieved the milestone of becoming the initial blockchain network to surpass $1 billion in tokenized stocks and exchange-traded funds (ETFs).
Data provided by Token Terminal indicates that the valuation of tokenized equities and ETFs grew by roughly 17% during September, climbing to $3.35 billion from $2.87 billion in August.
As of publishing time, the sector valuation on BNB Chain reached $1.1 billion, representing nearly 30% of the $3.7 billion total market, trailing closely behind by Ethereum at $828 million, or 22%, and Solana at $738 million, or 20%.

In a publication released on Tuesday, Binance Research noted that BNB Chain additionally secured the top spot with 1.8 million user addresses possessing tokenized stocks, translating to 45% of the aggregate total. The network supports offerings such as Binance bStocks and tokenized securities from Ondo Global Markets.
Figures from Token Terminal show that tokenized equities and ETFs have expanded more than five times compared to January, when the valuation sat at $719 million. At that earlier point, Ethereum held about 48% of the ecosystem, Solana represented 31%, and BNB Chain only captured 13%.
